General Information
Registration Process
Begin the registration process by submitting an Application. A deposit of $100 per performing group must be received to process the registration. Upon receipt of the Application, an invoice for the deposit will be emailed to the applicant. Please note, space in the festival is NOT reserved until the deposit has been received.

There is no separate application fee required, just the deposit.

The deposit will be credited to the school's festival invoice and is not refundable.

On peak festival dates, Accent Performances reserves the right to limit the number of performing groups from any one school.

All groups registered to attend an Accent Performances Festival can choose from the following package plans to suit their needs:

Festival Adjudication with One Day Admission to Park

Festival Adjudication with One Day Admission to Park and Meal in Park

Festival Adjudication Only (no park admission included)

Final Count Guarantee
To ensure a smooth event, please guarantee your minimum ticket count 10 days before the event. The Invoice Contact will receive a reminder email 15 days prior to the event to confirm or adjust your numbers.

By the 10-day deadline, please provide a detailed breakdown of student and adult participants, including the number of students using Season Passes instead of purchasing tickets through Accent Performances.

It is your responsibility to confirm final counts, regardless of email reminders. After the 10-day deadline, ticket totals cannot be decreased, but additional tickets can be purchased at the festival registration table, with full payment required at that time.
Payment Info
Payment Schedule
Accent Performances divides payments into up to three installments to make the process smooth and manageable:

Initial Deposit: A refundable deposit of $100 per ensemble is due 90 days before your event.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before your festival.
​
Payments are fully refundable until 30 days before the event. You will receive reminder emails as these deadlines approach. Please note, failure to make the final payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your participation and removal from the performance schedule.

Please note that we do not accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment. All payments must be made in US Currency. Invoices are accessible 24/7 through your Accent Performances account.
Refunds
Refunds for overpayments will be processed within 30 days after the festival date. Refunds are issued to the organization. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued back to the card. If the refund amount exceeds what was paid on the card, a check will be issued.
